Sample Marketing Materials for Mock Showroom
April 2021
This marketing course was centered around marketing strategies of business to business (B2B) marketing and organizational marketing. This course's final project was to create marketing deliverables in preparation for a Trade Show. Due to COVID-19 we were unable to hold a mock trade show in person but in groups we created five different types of marketing deliverables that might be created for one. Working alongside my group members using my prior design and graphic skills I created many of the final deliverables with my members providing the content. The deliverables include: three digital ads, a LinkedIn ad, a Facebook ad, a long copy ad, a landing page and an elevator pitch and trade show demonstration. Below are all of the deliverables I designed using Adobe Illustrator. All of these images were made solely for the purpose for a class project. They have no connection to the company New Pig or their products.
Digital Banners
A web based banner advertisement intended for online advertising and embedded into web pages on the top, bottom or sides. It can attract traffic and include links to the website or advertiser.
Social Media Posts
A type of paid digital advertisement that targets your intended audience on a selected social media platform(s). It can also include links to a website or advertisers but includes more unique capabilities such as possibilities for interactions with customers and audiences such as through comments, stories, and direct messages.
Trade Show Print Posters
Posters for a companies exhibit at a Trade Fair or show where companies in a specific industry can come together to display their latest products and ideas. These posters can go on walls or tables alongside a companies booth to attract people to their table.
Long Ad Copy
This includes all the relevant points for your audience but options for both quick takeaways or a longer informational read. We wrote this using the inverse funnel - all our big points are at the top to attempt to convert audiences to buyers right then and there. But if they are not convinced they can keep reading for more convincing information as to why to check out and purchase the product.
